In the anthology, Spies and Heroes, various authors give their take on what it means to be a spy or a hero, and not one of the stories is ever the same. The face of a spy or a hero constantly changes as you read through this collection of stories. Some stories have just the right dose of humor and others are entirely serious. You'll also find that there is an array of genres in just one book. You'll see heroes and spies in a speculative setting, historical atmospheres, and contemporary stories. In other words, you are sure to find something you'll like. --Yousra
This book is a great read to curl up with and enjoy all at once or pause in between each story at a time. Each story is unique and might involve history, myth, romance, tragedy. For example, Silent Night/Stille Nacht by Maria McVoy is a fun read as she marvelously weaves a story about a Christmas celebration on a battlefield. She cleverly uses history and drama to make this a real page turner.
